How does Illinois' Stay at Home Order affect Iron Ford?

On March 20, Gov. Pritzker issued EXECUTIVE ORDER 2020-10 ordering "Non-Essential Businesses" to close.  However, "Essential Businesses" were urged to stay open to serve public needs. Auto-supply and auto service businesses are "Essential" because cars are needed for essential travel.

How will Iron Ford comply with the Stay at Home Order?

Iron Ford sales and service will remain open because we are considered an "Essential Business". We will continue to receive new vehicle and parts deliveries, accept vehicles for service, and conduct vehicle sales by appointment or online. We will have staff available during all normally scheduled business hours both online and via telephone to assist you with your vehicle needs. We are reducing the number of persons of people on the sales floor and practicing "Social Distancing Requirements", cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched objects, and sanitizing and disinfecting common areas.  All new and used vehicles delivered to customers will be sanitized and disinfected. All service customer vehicles will be sanitized and disinfected.

How We are Doing Business

Service and Parts Departments:  Both will remain open, we highly encourage you to call for an appointment so we can limit the number of customers in our waiting area.  We offer pick up and delivery for all your service or parts needs.

Sales Showroom:  The Sales showroom will be closed to the general public.  The Sales showroom will be open to customers by appointment only, via phone or reaching out to our internet department. We are offering to come to your residence for test drives and if necessary, to complete paperwork at your residence for your delivery.

The health of our team members and customers is our top priority, and we will continue to monitor recommendations from the CDC and Illinois Department of Health and respond to them promptly. Our dealership will comply with all regulations as we strive be a safe place to conduct business; while moving forward with these proactive actions, we will remain open to serve your needs.

Thank you,
